Attorney urges resolution for Bávaro-Punta Cana accident victims to safeguard legal security



Punta Cana.- The defense attorney representing the victims of the Bávaro-Punta Cana accident, which occurred on October 6, 2022, has urged judicial authorities to pursue the case to its conclusion. Carlos de Jesús, an expert in civil litigation, emphasized the need for a concrete legal response to establish the compensation owed to the victims. The tragic incident resulted in five fatalities and 47 injuries, with many victims suffering dismemberments, mutilations, and severe damages.

De Jesús expressed concern over the delayed resolution of the case, citing its impact on the victims who have not yet received compensation for the financial burdens incurred after the accident.
